GRAMŠIJEVA
More about project
Another complete reconstruction project where the original layout and function of the apartment were changed.
Before starting the work, a clear definition of ideas and priorities was established, along with understanding the clients' needs and aspirations for creating a more comfortable and functional living space.
Based on the agreed plans, a complete adaptation project for the property was developed.
The materials were defined, and renders of the space (a detailed visualization of the property's future appearance) were created, serving as guidelines for the final direction of the interior design.
Once the final layout solutions, including lighting and furniture arrangement, were approved by the owners, the project documentation was printed, and the construction work could begin.
The owners' request was to relocate the old kitchen to the opposite side of the same wall and integrate it with the living room. This change would allow the old kitchen space to be repurposed into a new study room, which would serve as an anteroom to the bedroom.
The idea was to install a large built-in wardrobe in the study, with a work desk positioned opposite it.
The old kitchen pass-through opening, which connected it to the living room, needed to be sealed. Additionally, complete new water and sewage installations were carried out as part of the standard "turnkey" system, with the kitchen installations moved to the new position.
The old bedroom door was also walled up, and according to the project, a new entrance was created from the study room.
New electrical installations were completed, along with painting, finishing, and tiling work.
Based on the owners' choice, a flooring type requiring an exceptionally smooth surface was selected, so as part of the floor preparation, we leveled the floors throughout the entire apartment.

In the living room, a drywall partition was added, serving as a visual divider between the living space and the dining area. In our opinion, this was an excellent design choice.
The partition featured niches facing the dining area, suitable for storing drinks and other items.
Reinforcements were installed for mounting the TV. Below the TV, on the partition wall, an opening was left in the lower section to serve as a shelf with necessary installations for a console, soundbar, or other devices.

Additionally, in the bathroom, we built a drywall partition to separate the water heater and washing machine from the shower area.
On this wall, we also created two niches, perfect for storing toiletries needed during showering.
The wall, along with the entire bathroom and toilet, was tiled according to the owners' choice.
This beautiful 62 m2 apartment in Gramšijeva Street, New Belgrade, was completely reconstructed and handed over to the investors within the planned 60-day timeframe.
