Construction of a 90 m² single-story family home with complete site landscaping
The project involved a full turnkey construction process for a 90 m² single-story family home, including structural, installation, and finishing works, as well as complete landscaping of the outdoor lot. The goal was to deliver a functional, energy-efficient, and long-lasting residential property, with maximum space utilization and a high standard of craftsmanship. Work began with site preparation: lot clearing, removal of topsoil, leveling, and geodetic marking of the building footprint. Special attention was paid to ground stabilization to ensure ideal conditions for foundation works. Foundation trench excavation was completed, reinforcement was installed, and concrete was poured in accordance with the structural design. This was followed by waterproofing of all foundation elements to provide permanent moisture protection. Structural works included construction of load-bearing and partition walls, reinforced concrete tie beams, and the complete roof structure with final roofing. As a single-story building, special focus was placed on overall stability and load distribution to ensure long-term safety and structural reliability.


The house was equipped with a modern underfloor heating system, ensuring even heat distribution, high energy efficiency, and maximum comfort. A complete installation network was carried out, including:
• underfloor heating in all rooms
• electrical installations
• water supply and sewage installations
• preparation for connecting the heating system. This setup supports economical operation and long-term energy performance. All finishing construction works were completed as well, including plastering, floor screeds, floor coverings, painting works, and installation of exterior and interior joinery. Final finishing was delivered with a high level of precision and in compliance with all technical standards. In addition to the house construction itself, the project also covered complete landscaping of the lot, ensuring full functionality and a cohesive visual appearance of the property. The following external works were completed:
• paving block walkways for practical and visually organized access to the house
• asphalted access surfaces for durable and high-quality vehicle approach
• complete perimeter fencing for security and clearly defined lot boundaries
• installation of a prefabricated garage for protected vehicle storage. All external works were executed with proper ground preparation, sub-base layers, and required load-bearing capacity. During execution, key challenges included coordination of multiple work phases and proper sequencing of construction and external works. Precise planning and professional site management ensured uninterrupted execution and consistently high-quality results.


The project was successfully completed within the planned timeline. A modern single-story family home was delivered with a full underfloor heating system and completely finished outdoor surroundings, including paved walkways, asphalted access areas, a fenced lot, and a prefabricated garage.
