Complete reconstruction of a 40m2 commercial space in TC Galerija, carried out under the "turnkey" system. Since this is a renowned shopping center, we were given a short timeframe to complete all construction work and implement the project itself.
Due to numerous procedural regulations set by the management, which were somewhat more complex than usual, and the limited timeframe, the execution of the project posed a unique challenge for us.
Specifically, the 30-day deadline for the complete adaptation of the commercial space, along with the restriction on performing noisy work during the shopping center's working hours, required us to schedule some of the work during the night shift.
The entire electrical system was redone according to project documentation, including low-voltage installations, new lighting, video surveillance, object sound system, as well as repositioning and installing new detectors, and making other modifications to the ventilation system.
In addition to drywall, painting, and tiling work, one of our biggest challenges was the delivery and installation of large-format mirrors.
At the investor's request, for aesthetic and interior design purposes, we were tasked with installing 4-meter-long custom-made mirrors, which from this perspective turned out to be a great refreshment and a winning combination for the new space. Due to their non-standard length, handling these mirrors required considerable experience and skill. They had to be manufactured, transported, delivered, and installed, all while maneuvering them carefully in the space without causing any damage. We successfully overcame this challenge. 😊
The commercial space was handed over to the investors within the planned 30-day timeframe and within the allocated budget.
The space was officially opened for business two days after the final handover and the completion of all work.
