Renovating this apartment in Miljakovac was much more than a standard reconstruction for us; it was an opportunity to breathe new life into a space and turn it into a true home. Although we completed the works within the promised 60-day deadline, honoring every agreed dinar of the budget without any unpleasant hidden costs, the path to the final result led us through serious professional challenges. Everything began with the roughest stage of all, bringing the apartment into the shell phase. Only after stripping the walls did we discover how important it was that we started from the ground up. Beneath the old tiles, we were met with an unpleasant surprise: a completely rotten vertical supply pipe.
We did not hesitate, we replaced it immediately, because our clients' peace of mind and protection from future failures are priceless. While installing completely new electrical and plumbing systems, our focus was on functionality suited to a modern lifestyle. As part of the mechanical works, alongside installing air conditioning, we paid special attention to heating, replacing the old valves on all radiators with new ones to ensure system reliability. At the client's request, we also made a bold construction move: by demolishing the bathroom's side partition wall, we gained valuable space and created a spacious shower zone enhanced with built-in niches.

Aesthetics and quality went hand in hand throughout the entire apartment. The warmth of every step comes from large-format oak parquet, while painted MDF interior doors and new secure entrance doors completed the visual identity. We added a distinctive touch to the interior through precise painting and finishing works: decorative moldings in the living room brought added elegance to the space, while the passages toward the hallway and dining room were enhanced with refined arched openings. The final result and the finishing touch for this property came from our custom-made carpentry. This allowed us to make the most of every square meter and achieve a perfectly balanced interior aesthetic.
