FONTANA

Behind the scenes

Fontana: From an outdated apartment to a modern open-plan retreat
Some projects stay with us because they show just how much a space can transform in only 60 days. Our recent challenge was a 70 m² apartment in Fontana, one that required a complete shift in both atmosphere and functionality. As always, we started from the ground up, or more precisely, from the stripped-down shell. We cleared the space, demolished everything unnecessary, and removed the layers of the past.
Apartment reconstruction in Fontana - opening up the space and work in the kitchen zone A special focus was placed on the kitchen area, where removing a masonry bar and part of a partition wall opened the space toward the living room. The result was a modern, airy open-plan concept that gave the apartment an entirely new sense of width and depth. Technical precision with soul. Although the scope of work was extensive, every detail was carefully planned. Installations without compromise: a completely new electrical network, a modern multimedia panel, and carefully positioned lighting throughout the apartment. A bathroom that finally breathes: by relocating the old heating elements, we gained valuable room in the shower area, making it significantly more comfortable, while high-end ceramics delivered the finishing touch. Watch the video below to see the bathroom transformation from old to new.

Challenges that make the difference. We did not avoid the more demanding tasks either. On the enclosed terrace, in addition to new ceramics, we solved a long-standing leak problem by completely replacing the sheet-metal roofing. It is now a secure corner for enjoyment regardless of the weather.
Apartment reconstruction in Fontana - final interior furnishing and custom-made kitchen
We saved the best for last. Our custom-made joinery, and especially the kitchen, framed the entire story. It is not just a functional part of the apartment, but the heart of the home, connecting aesthetics with the investor's everyday needs. Everything was completed within the planned timeframe and agreed budget, because we believe renovation does not have to be stressful. It can be a rewarding process of creating a new chapter. See how this transformation unfolded in the video below.
