Luxury transformation in Dedinje: architectural precision and technical excellence
The Dedinje project was a real challenge, primarily because of its 115m2 floor area, but also due to the high aesthetic standards involved. This time, we had the support of an excellent architectural solution, which allowed us to carry out every phase of the renovation with precision and constant consultation in order to bring the vision to perfection. The first phase was the most technically demanding. During demolition and clearing, we brought the apartment into the so-called grey phase, which included removing selected partition walls.
The goal was to relocate the kitchen completely to a new position so we could integrate it with the dining and living area into a modern, spacious open-plan layout. To achieve maximum functionality, we took part of the former living room area and created a completely new extra bedroom.
When it came to comfort, we planned smart heating solutions. We installed two inverter air-conditioning units with fully concealed installations, but at our suggestion the client also had heating lines laid into the screed while the apartment was still in the grey phase. This made it easy to add radiators later or switch to gas heating, for which we also left the complete installation with a boiler connection point.
A special focus was placed on the bathrooms. One small toilet was completely transformed: we demolished the partition wall and expanded it with drywall works into a functional bathroom.
Inside the new wall, we created a niche for cosmetics with discreet LED lighting, which gave the space a luxurious look. You can see how the renovation progressed in the video below.


In the second, larger bathroom, the focus was on the bathtub, and in both bathrooms, ceramic-clad cantilever shelves were made at the investor's request. Every ceramic edge in the apartment was miter-cut, which gave us top-level aesthetics and impeccable joint quality. Take a look at the renovation of the second bathroom in the next video as well.


After fully replacing the electrical, plumbing, and drainage installations, we moved on to floor-laying works. A major success was the perfect alignment of tile levels with parquet levels throughout the apartment, without unnecessary thresholds or transitions. The final signature was added by our top-class painters. One wall in the living room was clad in decorative stone with dedicated lighting, which together with carefully selected decorative wallpaper gives the apartment a unique atmosphere. Although this was a large apartment with complex works, everything was completed within the agreed deadline and within budget.
